By logging into our website, with your username and password, you will have access to your AgroCom V2 ready machines. In addition, it is possible for Agro Contact technicians (or your dealer) to use the AgroCom V2 gateway to log in remotely and help you with your machine.

How to connect?
From the Agro Contact website, press the AgroCom V2 button, then connect. You will then be asked to enter your username and password.
How to register for AgroCom V2
You can contact your Agro Contact dealer or make a request directly by choosing the register tab. You will need to answer a few questions and a technician will add you to the system. An email with the procedure to follow will be sent to you when registration is complete.
Which machines are compatible with AgroCom V2
All machines identified as “AgroCom V2 compatible” or “AgroCom V2 ready.” Otherwise, it’s possible to update some machines to make them work with AgroCom V2 (eg: MV1000, DS, SMD,…)
What is the difference between an “AgroCom V2 compatible” machine and an “AgroCom V2 ready” machine
The “AgroCom V2 compatible” machine can run on the AgroCom V2 platform, but requires an AgroCom V2 gateway or another “AgroCom V2 ready” machine to connect. An “AgroCom V2 ready” machine has all the necessary components to connect. All you need is the internet for it to work.
What does the speed of the AgroCom V2 platform depend on?
Since AgroCom V2 creates a bridge between your machine and your mobile device or computer, the operating speed depends on the speed of each of the devices. If the machine or your phone has slow internet, the whole connection will be slow. However, a slower remote connection will not affect the communication between the different devices connected to the AgroCom V2 gateway
